Help DeskPTC Systems provides a help desk facility for many customers nationwide. The help desk is manned between the hours of 8.00am and 6.00pm with dedicated phone lines. The helpdesk services provided for clients range from small moves, adds and changes to fault diagnosis and rectification. This support service not only covers the provision of voice and data services, but also electrical services as a NIC EIC approved company and wireless network applications. The helpdesk is manned at the Head Office in Bishop’s Stortford, and supported by teams from regional offices in Wakefield and Bristol, within agreed Service Level Agreements.

PTC Systems has seen measured growth over its 20 year history, enabling a consistent investment programme aimed at high levels of training for its staff. Regional offices have been established in the North and West of England, to provide a national presence for its operational team. As a result, PTC Systems can provide a rapid response to fault calls, in a cost effective manner.
