• Mission Statement

  It is the Policy of PTC Systems to provide a range of telecommunications infrastructure and electrical products and services, which are of the highest quality and which will be suitable for and will clearly address the perceived requirements.

  This policy is inherent within the procedures of the Company and will be demonstrated on an ongoing basis in dealings with customers, prospective customers and suppliers of goods and services.

  All employees of PTC Systems understand the Company’s attitude to quality and are fully involved, within their individual spheres of activity, in achieving the Company’s quality goals.

  The Quality Management system is designed to conform with EN ISO 9001: 2008, Quality Assurance Schedules and the requisite statutory and safety regulations. This policy constitutes a commitment to quality and the Managing Director ensures that this policy is communicated, understood, implemented and reviewed for suitability at all levels and in all areas of the Company’s activities.
